36C26119Q0857 SPS Camera Page 1 of 1 This is a sources sought notice for information and planning purposes and shall not be construed as an obligation on the part of the VA. The purpose of this sources sought is to identify qualified businesses, including Service-Disabled Veteran-owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), small disadvantaged businesses (SDB), Women-owned Small Business (WOSB), Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Small Business, 8(a) Small Business and small business concerns that are interested in and capable of performing the work described herein. The NAICS code is 333316 or 238210 and the corresponding size standard is 1000/$15M. Your responses to the sources sought will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible. The VA Sierra Nevada Health Care has a requirement for the purchase and installation of Cameras for the SPS Sterilization as prescribed in the attached product description /statement of work. Interested firms fitting one or more of these Socio-economic categories should send their information by E-mail to charee.harris@va.gov no later than 1:00 PM Pacific Standard Time, July 16, 2019. The following information is requested in response to this notice: (1) Type of socio-economic category (e.g. SDVOSB, Small Business, etc.), if firm is a SDVOSB or VOSB, evidence of verification in VetBiz as a SDVOSB or VOSB (SDVOSB and VOSB firms must be verified by the Center for Veteran Enterprises (CVE); (2) A positive statement of your intention to submit a proposal in response to a solicitation for this project. Complete and return the attached sources sought form. All information must be submitted in sufficient detail for a decision to be made on the availability of interested firms fitting one of more socio-economic categories. If adequate interest is not received, this action will not be set aside for SDVOSB, VOSB, WOSB, HUBZone, 8(a) small business or small business firms.
