- LIMITED SOURCE PROCUREMENT- The proposed contract action is for the services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, Deployed Resources, (CAGE: 1TP05) of Rome, NY. This acquisition is being conducted under the authority of the Multiple-Award Schedule Program, 41 U.S.C. 152(3), in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a) and FAR 8.405-6(c), Limiting Sources. It is necessary to limit competition for new work described herein because the facilities need to be established as soon as possible. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the Government. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (10-JUL-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
