- This is a sole source announcement. A written solicitation will not be issued. Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) intends to award a firm fixed price contract to Dr. Mara Dasco Bracha to procure Dermatopathologist Services for Hansen's Disease (HD) patients. This service will include education, evaluation, treatment, and pathology services in relation to the diagnosis and exclusion of HD. The period of performance shall be for one 12-month base period. This effort is in support of the National Hansen's Disease Programs (NHDP).
