- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to board computers software maintenance packages on a sole source basis from Curtiss Wright Defense Solutions. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and award with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b) (1) (i).
