- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION NOTICE AMENDMENT for HIGH HEAT TEMPERATURE DISPOSABLES FOR FOOD SERVICE Responses to this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation must be in writing and submitted on the attached Request for Quotation. 100% Small Business set-aside. The NAICS Code is 326199; size standard is 750 employees. Responses to this notice shall include the following: (a) company name b) address (c) point of contact (d) phone, fax, and email (e) DUNS number (f) Cage Code (g) Tax ID Number (h) and must provide a capability statement that addresses the organizations qualifications and ability to perform as a contractor and provide the commodities described within the Request For Quotation. VA New Jersey Healthcare System at Lyons Campus, Nutrition & Food Service, is seeking to establish a base year plus four option years IDIQ contract for the following. High Heat Temperature Disposables for Food Service Lyons Campus VA New Jersey Healthcare System Items: Item/Description LIDS, CLEAR DOMED, PLASTIC, (10 OZ AND 5 OZ STYROFOAM BOWLS) (high heat temperature) CASSEROLE DISH, 12 OZ, BLACK PLASTIC, RECTANGLE, 5" X 6 1/2" (high heat temperature) LID, BLACK BOWLS (SOUP), CLEAR PLASTIC, (high heat temperature) BOWLS, BLACK (8 oz), BLACK PLASTIC (high heat temperature) PLATES, PUREED ( 3 CPT), 7 3/4 IN ROUND, BLACK PLASTIC (high heat temperature) SIDE DISH (6 oz), BLACK PLASTIC (high heat temperature) TRAYCOVERS, 8.375" X 11.75" (high heat temperature) See Requirements/Specifications below. The Government is not obligated to nor will it pay for or reimburse any costs associated with responding to this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. Notice to Potential Offerors: All Offerors who provide goods or services to the United States Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM located on the web at www.sam.gov). It is desirable that any Offeror to have completed their business Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA). Additionally, all Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses who respond to a solicitation on this project must be registered with the Department of Veterans Affairs Center for Veterans Enterprise VetBiz Registry located at http://vip.vetbiz.gov.
