- The scope of work shall includes the removal of the existing arsenic treatment system and replacing it with a new arsenic treatment system to include removal of the existing system, furnishing and installing a complete skid mounted, pre-piped, pre-engineered arsenic treatment system to the existing Grapevine Water System.
