Description

The United States Marshal Service (D08) intends to procure Busch AMP-TP1 helmets for the office located in Phoenix, Arizona. This RFQ falls under FAR Part 12 and 13. All vendors shall be signed up in SAM.GOV and have an active account to be considered for award. Vendors shall quote all required products to be considered for award. There will be a single award based upon the Best Value. Delivery shall be performed within 30 days or less. Please ensure that the quote includes FOB destination shipping to address listed below. NAICS CODE: 453998 Contractors interested in competing for this effort may participate by submitting quotes in accordance with the procedures set forth in the attached RFQ. All quotes shall be firm fixed price. Quotes to the Contracting Officer are due: 7/22/19 by 4:00 CST All quotes shall be sent via email to timothy.bell@usdoj.gov Requested item: Busch AMP-TP1, with rails and retention system, shell in Green, Mid Cut VPAM Certification NIJ IIIA Mid Cut Design, Green NIJ IIIA (9mm/44mag), V50=greater than 2000 f/s, Rail-system with speed-system technology, Night Vision Mount capable, Wheel dial for ultimate uni-sizing flexibility, uni-size, Protective padding system certified to the EN 397 (impact/shock attenuation standard), Stops bullets up to 20mm from the helmet edge, stop multiple shot impacts on a small surface area, Ballistic helmet certified to the VPAM/STANG 2920.
