- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation of Commercial Items as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W81XWH-19-Q-0137. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-79 are incorporated. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable FAR and DFARS clauses and provisions. The FAR and DFARS clauses may be accessed in full text at this address: http://farsite.hill.af.mil/. This is a brand name only requirement; all qualified vendors are encouraged to submit a quote. The NAICS code is 335999 with a business size standard of 500. This requirement is set-aside for small business only. The United States Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) is requesting responses from qualified sources capable of providing DAQ Entry Control Systems. This brand name only requirement is being solicited in accordance with FAR 13.106-1. This solicitation will result in one firm fixed price contract. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (28-MAY-2019).
