This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 and FAR part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. NIWC Pacific is issuing this solicitation, N66001-19-Q-6693, as a request for quotations (RFQ). The agency intends to award one contract for the supplies as defined in this RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through: Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-01 Effective: 22 January 2019, and DFARS Publication Notice (DPN) 20190215 Effective: 30 April 2019 3. This RFQ is solicited as an other than full and open competition. 4. P/N: 310-025016-001 (L1/L2; ODB; 5.5V; COAXIAL) 1 Lot Shipping if not included in the pricing for line 1 *if not included in the pricing for items 0001 The contractor must deliver the required items FOB destination to NIWC Pacific Receiving Officer 4297 PACIFIC HWY, OT7, SAN DIEGO, CA 92110-5001, thirty days after receipt of order. The Government will accept the items at destination. Deadline for RFQ Questions: Questions due no later than 5 July 2019 at noon PST: Quotations must be valid for 60 days. Email is the only acceptable method of submission. No facsimile quotes will be accepted. All quotes must be emailed with the RFQ Number in the subject line to frederick.p.espiritu@navy.mil. Contractors are responsible for verifying receipt of their quotation to this office before offer due date and time. Deadline for QUOTES: Quotes are due no later than 8 July 2019 at noon PST.
