This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Competitive offers are being requested under (RFQ) # N66001-19-Q-0083. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561622, Locksmiths, with a size standard of $20.5 Million dollars. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
