- REHAB BLACKFOOTED FERRET CENTER: Contractor will furnish all material, labor, equipment and supervision to perform the following work: Facility Rehab: work on several facility buildings, outdoor conditioning pens and the grounds to fix multiple maintenance issues. Breeding Building HVAC: Replace failing HVAC systems in the Breeding rooms of the Breeding Building. Quarantine RTU Removal: Remove the non-functioning RTUs from the roof of the Quarantine building, repair the roof, and reconfigure the ductwork. The magnitude of the project is $1,000,000 - 5,000,000.
