- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, intends to issue a Design-Bid-Build Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Storm Sewer Replacement and Parking Lot Repaving at the DLA Y Yard on Fort Riley, Kansas. The solicitation will be posted on an 8(a) competitive basis restrictive to Region VII which is Missouri, Kansas, Iowa and Nebraska.
