- PECO NATIONAL HISTORICAL PARK REHABILITATE HISTORIC TRADING POST Work of this project includes correction and mitigation of site deficiencies, and complete stabilization, repair, rehabilitation, modification and/or replacement of the structure, fabric, and features of the building, including the roof, roof drainage system and roof structure; exterior portals; adobe and stone walls; foundations; doors, windows, trim, and other exposed wood features; floor systems, including framing and finishes; interior finishes; mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems; and fire suppression system. In addition, the building will be treated to eliminate or control pests such as termites, beetles, and rodents. The building will be brought into compliance with health and life safety, building code and other regulatory requirements, as appropriate.
