Description

This is a SOURCES SOUGHT announcement; market survey for information only, to be used for preliminary planning purposes. No quotes are being requested or accepted with this synopsis. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) - Humphreys Engineer Center Support Activity (HECSA) has been tasked to solicit for and a Multiple Award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) contract for Project Management Professional training services at USACE CONUS and OCONUS locations. A draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) describing the services required has been attached. The resulting awards will be a basic BPA and each call order will be competed amongst BPA(s) holders. Each call order is expected to be a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) order. The period of performance (POP) is twelve (12) months with three (3) twelve month options after date of award. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (19-FEB-2019). IT ACTUALLY APPEARED OR REAPPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 11-JUL-2019, BUT REAPPEARED IN THE FTP FEED FOR THIS POSTING DATE.
