- The Government intends to issue a sole source contract to D9Tech Resources LLC. to provide enterprise network, technical and professional services for the Defense Research and Engineering Network (DREN). The general scope of the services that will be acquired under this task order include a broad range of non-personal Telecommunications services to support the DREN. The contract will require the contractor to provide data analysis of telecommunication services currently provided or planned to support analysis of circuit capabilities and cost in support of the DREN4 acquisition. This may also require the contractor to provide meeting space to support up to 25 individuals conducting analysis activities. This contract is to provide services at the primarily location, the Lorton, VA facility and NIWC Pacific, CA facility in support of the HPCMP DREN including: acquisition planning/strategy and execution, strategic planning and facilitation, and collecting and analyzing system performance metrics requirements. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541330. This procurement is for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOB) only. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
