Description

This is a combined solicitation/synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested. The written solicitation is attached to this announcement. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-91. This Request for Quote (RFQ) number RRB19Q0012 is issued to request offers for Micro Market construction. Please see the attached RFQ document for the Statement of Work (SOW), Clauses and Provisions, Proposal Submission instructions, and Proposal Evaluation and Award information. Offers in response to this RFQ are due by August 5, 2019 at 1:00 PM Local (CT) and shall be submitted to proposals@rrb.gov. Offerors must state in the e-mail subject line, for submission of proposals, "Proposal Submission for RFQ RRB19Q0012, MicroMarket Construction". Offerors may submit questions regarding the RFQ to proposals@rrb.gov by 07/22/2019 at 3:00 PM Local (CT).
