This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for replacement of the existing combined hot water and heating system with separate heating and hot water units on the Norwood Ranger District - Grand Mesa, Uncompahgre and Gunnison National Forests. This contract shall include all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure that the contract is performed in a manner in compliance with the specifications.
