- The Commodity Futures Trading Commission ("CFTC") intends to negotiate/award a sole-source contract for the procurement of a direct fiber connection between the CFTC data network (as currently hosted by Recovery Point Systems, Inc.) and the CFTC Amazon Web Services (AWS) datacenter. The Government intends to procure this requirement under FAR 6.302-1 -- Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
