- Due to various procedural discrepancies identified during recent legal review, USACE is required to cancel this solicitation and re-solicit. Fortunately, both sites still required UPS and Mass Notification Systems. Therefore, neither the locations nor the scope of work will change; however, the solicitation packages will be separate and distinct. Be advised, there will again be four (4) separate solicitations. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (14-JUL-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
