Description

This is not a solicitation. This is not a reuqest for proposal or request for quote - this is a Notification of Intent that an award was made to a single source procurement under NAICS Code 325120. The Portland Indian Health Service, Warm Springs Service Unit intends to issue a supplemental modification to add additional funding to Contract umber HHSI248201700078P. This requirement is for the following service Propane Refill supply Agreement to include base year, and four (4) option years. This acquisition is for exercising option year number two. The contract ceiling price will be increased by $19K. The additional option years is contingent upon existing requirements of the Government, and the availability of funds. This notice satififies the requirement at FAR 5.201(b)(1)(ii), to publicize to an existing contract for additional supplies or services that meets the threshold. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
