Description

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration's (FDA) The Division of Pharmaceutical Analysis (DPA) is requesting a software update to the Erweka DRT-3 Chewing Apparatus that enables to simultaneously control the two chewing cells that are equipped with the pressure control and torque monitoring (PTM) accessory. The request further comprises of an accessory for the third chewing cell that is not equipped with the PTM accessory to enable the mastication of formulations with high mechanical strength. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (14-JUN-2019).
