Description

COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION JANITORIAL AND LANDSCAPING SERVICES FOR THE WEATHER SERVICE OFFICE IN PAGO PAGO, AMERICAN SAMOA (I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II) This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotes on RFQ Number NWWW0000-19-00060MCW. (III) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03 (JULY 2019) (Deviation 2019-03) (JUN 2019). (IV) This solicitation is being issued as a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 561210. The small business size standard is $38.5M. (V) This combined solicitation/synopsis is for purchase of the following commercial services: Line Item 0001 - Base Year; Services, non-personal, to provide all labor, equipment and materials (unless otherwise provided herein) necessary for janitorial and landscaping services for the National Weather Service Office located in Pago Pago, American Samoa, in accordance with the attached, incorporated Statement of Work. The period of performance is 12 months (August 1 - July 31). Line Item 1001 - Option Year 1; Services, non-personal, to provide all labor, equipment and materials (unless otherwise provided herein) necessary for janitorial and landscaping services for the National Weather Service Office located in Pago Pago, American Samoa, in accordance with the attached, incorporated Statement of Work. The period of performance is 12 months (August 1 - July 31). Line Item 2001 - Option Year 2; Services, non-personal, to provide all labor, equipment and materials (unless otherwise provided herein) necessary for janitorial and landscaping services for the National Weather Service Office located in Pago Pago, American Samoa, in accordance with the attached, incorporated Statement of Work. The period of performance is 12 months (August 1 - July 31). Line Item 3001 - Option Year 3; Services, non-personal, to provide all labor, equipment and materials (unless otherwise provided herein) necessary for janitorial and landscaping services for the National Weather Service Office located in Pago Pago, American Samoa, in accordance with the attached, incorporated Statement of Work. Line Item 4001 - Option Year 4; Services, non-personal, to provide all labor, equipment and materials (unless otherwise provided herein) necessary for janitorial and landscaping services for the National Weather Service Office located in Pago Pago, American Samoa, in accordance with the attached, incorporated Statement of Work. The period of performance is 12 months (August 1 - July 31). (VI) Description of requirements is as follows: See attached Statement of Work which applies to Base Year and all Option Years and Wage Determination No 2015-5690 Revision 9 Dated 12/26/2018, which applies to the line items in Section (V). (VII) Place of performance: National Weather Service Office, Pago Pago, American Samoa Period of Performance shall be: Base Year: Twelve (12) Months, Aug 1, 2019 - July 31, 2020 Option Year 1: Twelve (12) Months, Aug 1, 2020 - July 31, 2021 Option Year 2: Twelve (12) Months, Aug 1, 2021 - July 31, 2022 Option Year 3: Twelve (12) Months, Aug 1, 2022 - July 31, 2023 Option Year 4: Twelve (12) Months, Aug 1, 2023 - July 31, 2024 NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (17-JUL-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
