- This is a pre-solicitation notice. This pre-solicitation notice is not a request for formal quotes. Solicitation 36C24619Q0692 will be issued on or about 22 July 2019. The Department of Veteran Affairs, Salem VA Medical Center, Salem Virginia has a requirement for valet curbside parking services. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to provide valet curbside parking service at the Salem VA Medical Center. Requirement is for a base and four (4) option years. This acquisition is set aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The applicable NAICS Code is 812930 with a size standard of $38.5 million. All correspondence and responses shall be via e-mail to Diane.stoskopf@va.gov.
