- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District requires a contract to replace the existing 7.5-ton Armstrong HVAC system and install one (1) new energy efficient Carrier HVAC system or equivalent. The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, and supervision necessary to remove the existing unit and install a new HVAC unit located John H. Kerr Reservoir Visitor Assistance Center (VAC), 1930 Mays Chapel Road, Boydton, VA 23917 in Mecklenburg County, Virginia.
