- Sources Sought The National Park Service requests information from small business vendors registered under NAICS code 54199 with a Small Business Size Standard $15M for an upcoming service requirement at Wilson ¿s Creek National Battlefield, 6424 West Farm Road 182, Republic MO. 65738 Project Description: The purpose of the work is to: 1) Conduct an on-site Collection Condition Survey at the National Park Service Multi-park Storage Facility in Independence, Missouri, and 2) Produce a report identifying the conservation and preservation needs of individual Wilson's Creek objects stored there. Responses to this announcement are requested from (1) SBA certified Small Business HubZone firms (2) Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business firms (3) Woman Owned Small Business firms (4) Small Business firms (5) Small Business 8(a) firms and (6) any firm eligible to compete in full and open competition. Interested firms please submit: NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER OF THE FIRM and DUNS Number. Vendors will be required to be registered in SAM and have a DUNS number to be eligible for consideration when or if solicitation is released. If you are interested, please submit your detailed capabilities in WRITING to demonstrate same or similar experience. Your capability information MUST be 2 pages or less in length and be SPECIFIC to the scope provided. Submit in the following formats only: word, jpg or adobe. Adobe is preferred. This is not a request for proposal or invitation to bid. No proposal package, solicitation, specification or drawings are available with this announcement. Response to this announcement is strictly voluntary no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to the sources sought announcement or any follow up information requests.
