- Description
- The 145th Mission Support Group Contracting office, in Charlotte, NC intends to issue a written request for quotation and resulting firm-fixed price sole source award to Advantor Systems Corporation utilizing GSA Order# GS-07F-039DA for the purchase of a Closed Circuit Television CCTV. Advantor will provide a technology refresh for the existing base CCTV System. This includes replacement of the analog Bosch matrix system with Advantor's Video Management System (VMS), integration with the ASN for immediate visual assessment capability. Existing equipment will be integrated where possible as a cost savings mechanism. The end result will be a technologically current command and control system, fully integrated with the IDS annunciator, able to meet current requirements yet expandable to grow to meet any future requirement. Anticipated award date is 30 August 2019. This action is being taken in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) "When the supplies or services required by the agency are available from only one responsible source." A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The government will not be responsible for any costs incurred in preparation of any capabilities statements or documents prepared for this notice.
