- NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 8), James A. Haley VA Medical Center, 13000 Bruce B. Downs, BLVD., Tampa, Fl. 33612 intends to award a sole source contract with Wyatt Technology, located at 6330 Hollister Ave., Santa Barbara, CA., 93117 to procure DAWN Ambient instrument, Astra software and accessories under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). This notice of intent is not a request for quotations. Any responses received no later than COB July 19, 2019 will be considered for the purposes of determining sources for future procurements. The Government will not pay for information submitted. Any information submitted in response to this notice of intent is strictly voluntary. NAICS 334516 Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing with size standard of 1000 employees. Interested parties shall provide authorization letter from the manufacture. Stating that the contractor is authorized reseller of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). All software licensing, warranty and service associated with the equipment/system shall be in accordance with the OEM terms and conditions. The maintenance shall be provided by OEM certified technicians and shall use only OEM approved replacement parts and proprietary software. Capability statements shall be submitted by email to leonora.simmons@va.gov no later than 17/19/2019.
