- This notice is prepared in accordance with (IAW) FAR 5.207 and is not a request for quote (RFQ). RFQ number 70Z03819QH0000104 is assigned for tracking purposes only. This is a notice of the Government's intent to award one (1) order with firm-fixed prices to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), EDO LLC-Electronics Systems, North Amityville, NY for repair of the components listed below on a sole source basis. These components are determined to be commercial items IAW FAR 2.101 and are used on the Coast Guard's HC-130 aircraft. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (18-JUL-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
