One will be housed at VA Castle Point and the other at VA Montrose. The contractor will also provide 7 tele-spirometry units for all the community clinic locations at VA Hudson Valley. The clinics location are Monticello, Goshen, Poughkeepsie, Carmel, Port Jervis, Pine Plains, New City. The units to be purchased shall integrate seamlessly via HL7 with the hospital electronic medical record (VistA) and allow all testing results to be transmitted and recorded in CPRS. All computers, laptops, and servers will be loaded with an operating system of Windows 10 or newer and Windows 2012 server or higher. Vendor shall provide all support in setting up HL7 communication and SQL database for servers. Vendor shall validate all patient studies will be backed up on a server. The caregiver must be able to view all tests taken such that the test can be certified as read and the action taken for the patient s medical needs. The test then needs to be downloaded into the medical record and retrieved as needed by staff or ROI personnel. Training for the staff, 2 RRT and 2 CVT staff needs to be included.
