- Army Contracting Command Redstone will procure one (1) existing Pitch Trim Actuator Test Console with a new automated test system console and all associated transducers, at the Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD), Corpus Christi, Texas. This system shall upgrade existing Pitch Trim Actuator test console with a new automated test system console, including all transducers on existing Hydraulic Test Panel (E06104), capable of performing the tests described in Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) 1-1650-385, dated 27 Jan 11 and all relevant Technical Documents (refer to S-List in DMWR). This will be Full and Open competition. (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial information found at FAR 13 and as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is W58RGZ-19-R-0277 and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC Number/Effective Date: 2005-97 / 06 Nov 2017. (iv)This requirement is intended to be awarded as Full and Open Competition, per FAR Subpart 6.1. This procurement is not a set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 336413, size standard of 1,250. PSC H216 applies to this requirement.
