- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This synopsis/solicitation 1305M2-19-01404-NCNT constitutes a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03. The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Ocean Service (NOS), Chesapeake, VA, has a requirement for R.M. Young Wind monitors with an option to purchase additional units up to one year after the date of award. The delivery date is September 30, 2019.
