Description

The United States Agency for International Development in the Democratic Republic of Congo (USAID/DRC), through the Regional Office of Acquisition and Assistance in Kinshasa is seeking proposals to support USAID's Central Africa Regional Program for the Environment's (CARPE) Development Objective to implement an activity entitled "USAID Funded Forest and Biodiversity Support" as described in the attached Request for Proposals (RFP). The Authorized USAID Principal Geographic Code for this solicitation is 937. The NAICS Code for this solicitation is 813312 - Environment, Conservation and Wildlife Organizations. USAID anticipates awarding a single Hybrid - Cost plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Completion - Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ) contract. The Total Estimated CPFF for services under this contract (CLIN 001 & CLIN 002) is estimated to fall within the range of $20 million and $25 million for a period of five years. This procurement will be conducted under Full and Open Competition procedures, pursuant to Part 15 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) (48 CFR Chapter 1).
