- AMENDMENT NOTICE: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is KNOXUSARECG4-SJM0024 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 337215 with a small business size standard of 500.00 employees. This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.UnisonMarketplace.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2019-07-22 11:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.UnisonMarketplace.com. FOB Destination shall be in the Special Shipping Instructions. The MICC End User requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following: LI 001: ****Pre-Production Sample ******** Provide a pre-production sample for the Requiring Activity to approve the quality of the artwork and printing prior to producing to remaining devices. (low resolution concept artwork attached) High resolution final copy will be provided after contract award. Requirement for Double Sided Banner-Up Display Stands are as follows; Brand name or equal to SilverWing Double Sided, (no MFR SKU. Retractable Aluminum Base must be 36 long and 9 wide. The color of the base must be Silver with Chrome ends. The material for the banner has to be or equal to curl, tear and water resistant 13oz Vinyl and measures 33.5 to fit the display system that is being requested and 81 tall to allow an 80 message area for printing. The same message will go on both sides of the banner and the sample artwork is attached. (Final high resolution artwork will be provided at contract award) The display stand must allow for the banner material to be changed with about a 1 border inside the base to where the current banner can be removed and a new banner be attached to where it retracts back into the base. The banner stand, pole and any other items that come with the banner stand must fit inside of a travel padded carrying case. The travel bag must be gray in color and have the following; *An adjustable shoulder strap from end to end of the case. *Must have a metal zipper about 64 and has two metal zipper ends so that you can zip from each end and meet in the middle so as a lock can be used to secure the items inside the bag. The carrying case must have Velco straps that are approximately 2" wide that will hold in the display stand from shifting around inside the case. *There will be 3 pockets inside the lid of the bag and run the length of the bag to store items such as the pole and any other items that are need to carry. Each pocket will have a Velcro closure to secure the items as not to shift. *There will be 4 rounded rubber feet 1/2" diameter so the case can be placed on the side without falling over. Each Stand/travel case must be packaged separately in a corrugated box of a minimum of 200 lb test and both ends are to be secured with tape so that during shipping the box is not damaged. Transportation Company must coordinate with POC 48 hours before delivery is to be made.
