- This is a PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE only. No proposals are being requested or accepted with this notice. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS OR PRICING AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS NOTICE. This notice shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Department of Veterans Affairs. The solicitation will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website approximately July 17, 2019. Applicable NAICS code is 541380. SBA Small Business Size Standard is $15.0 Million. This requirement is a 100% SET-ASIDE competition for SDVOSBs only. All qualified offerors are invited to provide their proposal. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, equipment, and required production in accordance with the RFQ statement of work. Point of Contact: Angela Beck, Contracting Officer: angela.beck@va.gov The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Midwest Healthcare Network (VISN 23), St. Cloud VA Health Care System, located at 4801 Veterans Drive, St. Cloud, MN 56303 has a requirement for qualified firms capable of providing Maintenance, Inspection, and Testing Services of the Electrical Distribution System at the VA St. Cloud HCS per the statement of work in the tentative Request for Quote (RFQ) in order to award a single, firm fixed-price Contract. The performance period will begin 10/1/2019. The solicitation and any subsequent award will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13, and relevant sections of the Federal Acquisition Regulation and Veterans Administration Acquisition Regulation (VAAR). All respondents must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at http://www.sam.gov and complete online Representations and Certifications at http://www.sam.gov. All respondents must be registered/certified in the Veteran Business database at https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov to prove/validate SDVOSB/VOSB eligibility.
