- 18JUL2019: Government is posting STP file for PLS Flatrack. Any inconsistiencies between the STP file and drawings, the drawings shall take precedence. Amendment pending next few business days. Anticipate revisions to include more robust quote data of Manufacturing Capability, Quality System, and Warranty Terms. FAT is required 60 days ARO with remaining 13 units staggered batches of 2 or 3 approx. 30 days after one another. Formal amended RFQ will provide all details soonest. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (18-JUL-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
