- The 151st Air Refueling Wing (ARW) at the Roland R. Wright Air National Guard Base, Salt Lake City, UT hereby issues an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the following: The Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, new and current material, transportation, tools, equipment, appliances, supplies, services, permits, insurance, and supervision necessary to repair the apron joint sealant by removing and replacing joints, as well as seal cracks on the north side of the airfield apron and along the redline at Roland R. Wright Air National Guard Base in accordance with the statement of work, specifications, and drawings. The period of performance for the work to be completed is 98 calendar days after the notice to proceed. The project magnitude of this procurement is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. This acquistion has been set-aside and limited to Small Business firms within the assigned North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 237310 Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction, with a small business size standard of $36.5 Million.
