Description: CLARIFICATION FOR INDUSTRY: 1. The minimum 40-degree rise for the heating element is correct. 2. Two (2) supply connections and two (2) return connections are the minimum the units must have, but units with more connections is acceptable. The connections should all have some sort of cap/cover so when they are not in use performance is not affected. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (18-JUL-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
