- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format of Subpart 12.6, as supplemental with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes that only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (1) This solicitation is issued as a Request For Quotes (RFQ). (2) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. (3) The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 813920. Only qualified offerors may submit bids. (4) Details on line item numbers(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure are contained in the Pricing Attachment. (5) Description of requirement for the items being acquired: Learning Professionals Group Memberships. (6) The period of performance (POP) is for a base period of twelve (12) months with four (4) twelve (12) month option periods. (7) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial items, apply. Offerors are to include a complete copy of provision at 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications-Commercial item, with its offer. Further details on applicable details are contained in the attachments. (8) The clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items & 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions required to implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition. Further details on applicable clauses are contained in the attachments.
