1. This is ta combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. Solicitation Number 33310519Q0017 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). 3. The combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. Clauses and provisions can be found at: www.acquisition.gov 4. This procurement is being issued as 100% Small Business Set-Aside and the associated North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code is 423810; and the small business size standard is 250 Employees. 5. The contractor shall deliver the following new and unused Brand Name product by Bobcat. The contractor shall be an authorized reseller or distributor of Bobcat.
