- Amendment 0002 : Amendment 0002 extends the quote submission deadline FROM Wednesday, July 24, 2019 at 1:00 pm TO Monday, July 29, 2019 at 4:00 pm Eastern Time. As a result, Section L.3 Quotation Due Date and Page One (1), Number 8 are hereby updated. Amendment 0001 : Please see the Amendment 0001 attachment for questions and responses regarding solicitation 95332419Q0072. Tunisia Willingness to Pay (WTP) Study RFQ # 95332419Q0072 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and Subpart 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (i) The solicitation number is 95332419Q0072. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotations (RFQ). (ii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-02 (effective June 5, 2019). (iii) This solicitation is not a set aside. (iv) Contract line item number(s) and items, quantities and units of measure are included in the solicitation. (v) The Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) seeks a contractor to collect data from households, firms, hotels, and farmers in Tunisia to assess, in a prioritized list: 1. The potential economic benefit of reliable and consistent water for agriculture. 2. Farmers' willingness to pay (WTP) for more reliable water supply, by crop. 3. Farm characteristics of agricultural beneficiaries. 4. The affordability of water for farmers under various hypothetical cost reflective water tariff levels. 5. The potential economic loss of water shortages for households, firms, and hotels. 6. The price eleasticities of demand for water for different users. 7. Households', firms', and hotels' willingness to pay to avoid water shortages. 8. Socio-economic details regarding beneficiaries. See solication for additional details. (vi) Dates and places of delivery are included in the solicitation document. Acceptance is at the Government location. (vii) The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The following evaluation criteria are hereby included in paragraph (a) of the provision: A.
