Description

THIS SYNOPSIS IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Precision Strike Weapons Program Office (PMA-201) intends to negotiate and award a Cost-Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) sole-source delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-15-G-0003 to Raytheon Missile Systems (RMS), Tucson, AZ, 85756 to provide supplies and/or engineering, technical, program management and/or logistics service for the development, integration and modification to the Common Unique Planning Component (CUPC) Weapon Planning Environment (CWPE) Software Sustainment and related components in support of the Mission Planning capability and component integration for the Joint Standoff Weapon (JSOW) with the aircraft platform unique planning component (UPC) and framework (FW) provided by the Joint Mission Planning System (JMPS) Program for the the aircraft platform Mission Planning Environment (MPE). This order will also provide support for Contractor managed JSOW component integration in the Weapon Planning Software (WPS) and Precision Guided Munitions Planning Software (PGMPS). NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (06-SEP-2018).
