SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE RFQ-19-082 THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) OR REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) This is a Sources Sought notice. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. Background: Multipoint Layer 3 MPLS (Multi-Protocol Label Switching) for Seven (7) locations- North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa and Nebraska Purpose and Objectives: Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. NAICS code: 238210 with a Small Business Size Standard of 15.5 million. NOTE: Respondent claiming Small Business shall check their social economic status or check Large Business. Anticipated period of performance: To be determined in fourth coming solicitation. Capability statement /information sought: Response to this announcement shall not to exceed 5 pages and should include the following information: 1. A tailored capability statement indicating the firm's ability to provide the related services 2. The respondents' DUNS number, organization name, address, point of contact, and size and type of business (e.g., SDVOSB/VOSB, etc.,) pursuant to the applicable NAICS code and government contract number if applicable. 3. Information should be provided electronically in a Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF format. Please e-mail your response with the above information to faye.goehring@ihs.gov with the subject line "Sources Sought Notice #RFQ-19-082 by July 31, 2019 at 12:00 PM CST.
