Description

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), International Services (IS) Mediterranean Fruit Fly program in Guatemala is seeking to establish a contract for Aerial Application of Insecticide GF-120 Fruit Fly Bait. The contractor shall provide at least two (2) fixed wing aircraft to conduct Aerial Application of Insecticide GF-120 Fruit Fly Bait in all coffee growing areas of Guatemala in accordance with the USDA developed spray plans. The contractor is responsible for obtaining a runway/base of operations where services will be performed. This will be their base of operations. Contractors performing this service will be required to have the proper permits and licenses to operate flights in Guatemala and conduct agricultural operations for applying insecticide in accordance with the Direccion General de Aeronautica Civl (DGAC).
