Description
WINDOW & FLASHING REPAIR FOR BLM-UT KANAB Pre-solicitation Announcement Only - full solicitation to be posted July 29, 2019 The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to award a single, firm-fixed price contract to include the necessary qualified personnel, materials, and equipment to repair and reinstall 24 windows, flashing, and repair, replace and paint damaged interior walls in the BLM building at 669 South Highway 89A, Kanab, Utah, which was constructed in January 2012. Location: Work under this contract is located in the town of Kanab, Kane County, Utah. Site Tour: A pre-bid site tour will be held on Wednesday, August 14, 2019, 10:00 AM MDT. Although the site tour is non-mandatory, prospective bidders are encouraged to visit the project location before preparing and submitting bids. This project is 100% set aside for small business vendors under the North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code 238350 with a size standard of $15.0 million gross annual receipts or lower. Project price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Performance time is 60 days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Payment Protection is required for contracts greater than $35,000. Solicitation 140L5719Q0025, along with specifications, statement of work, drawings, and construction wage determinations, will be posted electronically at www.fedconnect.net on or about July 29, 2019, with solicitation closing date roughly 25 calendar days after posting. These dates are subject to change. To obtain the solicitation and/or amendments/updates for this project, contractors shall monitor the solicitation at www.fedconnect.net. Bidders shall periodically check for amendments and other changes to the solicitation documents. This service is provided for convenience only and does not serve as a guaranteed notification.
