Technical acceptability This is the offeror s ability to provide equipment in accordance with the following salient characteristics: Statement of Work JOURNAL SUBSCRIPTION FY19 CENTERAL TEXAS VETERANS HEALTH CARE SYSTEM (VA) Subscription Orders The vendor will provide Journal ordering, delivery and claiming services to the Central Texas Veterans Health Care System. Services will be provided for multiple Journal titles with the Department of Veterans Affairs. Specific Journal titles are including on the attachment according to the mailing address the journals should be shipped to. For some titles, we have ordered multiple subscriptions. The list of Journals on the spreadsheet is in accordance to precisely our end state of fulfilling the gaps in our staff's requirements. Subscription formats - print and /or online -are noted for each title; example of a print and/ or online title ISSN (0014-9233/1943-5789) and if only one ISSN is listed it's for the print title only.
