Description

INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE MTIPS Internet Services SS GCC 19 046 The Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of the Gulf Coast Ecosystem Restoration (GCERC) Council IT Office intends to make a logical follow on award to AT & T under Networx Contract GS00T7NSD0007 on a sole source basis under FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(C) FOR MTIPS Internet Services. Currently Network Enterprises Contract (GS00T7NSD0007) is Best in Class (BIC) for Internet and Telecommunications services and is utililized by GCC. In accordance with FAR 16.505(b)(2)(A), the GCC's need for the Internet and Telecommunications services is urgent and would cause the agency unacceptable delays if a logical follow-on were not put in place. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE. This synopsis is for information purposes only. A request for more information will not be considered an affirmative resonse to this Special Notice. Telephone response or inquires to this Special Notice will not be accepted. Qualified contractors must provide the following: 1.
