Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR Part 13, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement is the only solicitation. The reference number is 16PBGC18R0028 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). Offerors must be registered on System for Award Management (SAM) on the following website: https://sam.gov/SAM/pages/public/loginFAQ.jsf.. The award basis is best value-trade off which will allow tradeoffs to be made between price and non-price factors that results in the most advantageous proposal for the PBGC.
