Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 95332A19T0036 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 621511 with a small business size standard of $32.50M. This requirement is unrestricted and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.UnisonMarketplace.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2019-08-05 17:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.UnisonMarketplace.com. FOB Destination shall be in the Statement of Work. The Corporation for National Service requires the following items, Meet or Exceed, to the following: Base Period of Performance: 08/12/2019 - 08/11/2020 LI 001: AmeriCorps NCCC is seeking Drug Screening Services located near all campus locations and spike (project) sites throughout the United States, its territories and the District of Columbia. Drug Screening Services will be required for approximately 2% of members each month for random drug screening, and for when there is reasonable suspicion of drug use. AmeriCorps NCCC estimates that 2,000 members will serve with AmeriCorps NCCC annually. The number of tests may vary based upon the total enrollment of service members and additional unforeseen screening requirements.
