- COMMERCIAL SOLICITATION The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Keyport is soliciting for calibration services with an option for additional repair of one (1) government owned MSO 4034 Oscilloscope. Requirement has a Base Year Quantity of one (1) each and four (4) Option Years of one (1) each per year. This requirement is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-S1. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (23-JUL-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
