- The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Animal and Plant Health Inspection Services (APHIS) Otis Laboratory's Molecular Group intends to put out a solicitation for sanger DNA sequencing of insect, fungus, and pathogen DNA. The Otis Laboratory's Molecular Group conducts molecular activities as part of the United States Department of Agriculture's Animal and Plant Inspection Services' (APHIS) Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ) program in order to prevent the entry, spread, and establishment of agricultural pests and diseases.
